Ms. Juliana Leite’s Biography

Born in Brasília, Brazil, the attorney Juliana Leite always carried a strong interest in regards to International Law. Juliana Leite’s passion for the legal field led her to be accepted to law school at a very early age, she was 17 years old. Ms. Leite started working in a Brazilian Federal Court while still attending law school, from 1998 to 2000. In 2001 she was invited to work for the Brazilian Regulatory Agency for Mergers & Acquisitions (CADE). Her next step was into the private sector, where Ms. Leite worked for the prestigious national law firm, Levy & Salomao Advogados. In addition, Ms. Leite worked also for the Brazilian Bar (OAB/SP) in São Paulo in the Family Law field.

In 2007 Ms. Leite graduated from the University of Paulista in São Paulo, Brazil and was approved in the Brazilian Bar. In 2008 she moved to Miami, Florida to pursue her Master’s Degree in Law at the University of Miami (LLM in Comparative Law). In 2009 Juliana Leite continued with the Juris Doctor Degree also at the University of Miami. She graduated and became a member of the Florida Bar in 2010.

Juliana Leite was able to pursue her passion for international law soon after her academic achievements. She worked for Paulo Miranda PA, an International Law Firm in Miami, Florida, where she handled Corporate, Real Estate, and Immigration Law issues.

Juliana Leite’s passion for law and personal experiences regarding the United States Immigration System has led her to pursue her dreams of starting her own Firm, Leite Law. She specializes in the representation of foreign investors in the United States. Juliana has dedicated her life to assisting international and domestic clients on Business, Real Estate, and Immigration Laws.
